Stephanie Hurry builds and scales institutional businesses at the intersection of financial services, technology, and evolving market infrastructure.

Her experience spans commercial leadership, partnerships, and product go-to-market, working with banks, brokers, and asset managers to bring new capabilities to market in regulated environments. Across her roles, she has consistently focused on translating strategy into execution by building teams, structuring partnerships, and delivering measurable commercial outcomes.

Stephanie currently leads Business Development & Partnerships across Europe at Boerse Stuttgart Digital, where she works with financial institutions to design and launch regulated trading and custody solutions. Her role includes defining go-to-market models, building high-performing teams, and structuring long-term partnerships with banks and brokers navigating digital asset adoption.

Previously, at Crypto Finance (Deutsche Börse Group), Stephanie built and scaled the institutional sales function, developing the commercial strategy, hiring and leading the team, and onboarding key institutional clients, including banks and asset managers.

Earlier in her career, she worked in investment banking and corporate strategy at Absa/Barclays and Nedbank, where she led cross-functional initiatives, executed M&A transactions, and supported group-level strategic transformation. This foundation continues to shape her approach to building businesses, with a strong focus on commercial viability, operational execution, and stakeholder alignment.

Stephanie holds an MBA (Honours) from IMD and has completed executive education at INSEAD. Alongside her executive role, she enjoys engaging with founders and teams on go-to-market strategy, positioning, and navigating institutional sales cycles.
