Matt is the Founder and CEO of Ctrl Alt, a tokenization infrastructure provider and operator in digital capital markets, specialising in alternative assets.

Matt began his career in investment banking, working across fund structuring, alternative investments and trading at Morgan Stanley and Credit Suisse. Drawing on this experience, Matt has developed extensive expertise in building financial products, structuring, regulation and asset raising. Since launching Ctrl Alt, Matt has led its growth into a leading tokenization infrastructure provider with over $1.7bn in assets tokenized and offices across the UK, Europe and the Middle East.
