Marius Jurgilas, CEO and Founder of Axiology, has held prominent roles in central banking and academia.

He served on the Board of the Bank of Lithuania, focusing on digital innovation, and has worked at Norges Bank (Central Bank of Norway), the Bank of England, and Finansinspektionen (Swedish Financial Supervisory Authority). Marius also has academic experience, having been a researcher and lecturer in economics and finance.
