Mac is a Senior Solutions Architect in the Global Financial Services group at Amazon Web Services EMEA. He works closely with the top global payment providers helping them adopting cloud with specific focus on Analytics, AI, GenAI, Agentic AI, Application modernisation and Mainframe Modernisation.

Prior to AWS, Mac has spent 20+ years working for banks such as Standard Bank Group, Lloyds Banking Group and HSBC Group in Architecture Leadership roles. He has been the Chief Architect for two UK digital banks in his career, and his special areas of interests are Digital Banking, Cloud Adoption, Cloud Transformation and Financial Risk Analytics.

He is a Cubs Scouts Leader in Kent county outside his day job; He is also the Technology Advisor to the board for a global initiative called Human Operating System Architecture (HOSA) Institute.
