Jürgen Hofbauer is a senior executive in digital assets and financial services with nearly two decades of experience spanning global banking, fintech, and Web3 infrastructure. He currently serves as Global Head of Growth & Partnerships at AMINA Bank, the world’s first FINMA-licensed crypto bank, where he drives global growth initiatives, strategic partnerships, and ecosystem expansion across Europe, the Middle East, the UK, and Asia.

Before joining AMINA, Jürgen built and led global commercial and partnership functions at Taurus SA and Copper.co, two category‑defining digital‑asset infrastructure providers. Earlier in his career, Jürgen spent over a decade at Bank of America, where he held multiple senior leadership roles across EMEA. He led multi-country sales teams, managed institutional client portfolios and worked closely with C-suite stakeholders at global banks, fintechs, and payment providers.

With nearly 20 years of experience across global banking, fintech, and digital asset infrastructure, he specializes in institutional crypto adoption, regulated custody, tokenization, and building bridges between traditional finance and Web3.
