Jan Skrabka is the Project Lead of DEUSS, an initiative developing a new decentralised financial infrastructure on the European Blockchain Services Infrastructure (EBSI), enabling SMEs across the EU to issue trusted digital (DLT-based) bonds. He previously served as Advisor to the Czech Minister of Finance, providing strategic guidance on financial markets and innovation policy.

Jan is the Founder of the Centre for Law, Finance and Technology at the Czech Technical University in Prague, where he is also an Assistant Professor of Law and Finance, focusing on the intersection of regulation, technological innovation, and sustainable finance. With prior experience as a management consultant advising leading players in payments, banking, and insurance, and earlier roles at EY and Deloitte, he brings deep expertise in financial regulation, strategic planning, and technology-driven capital-market transformation.
