James Finch is CEO of Mobius, a market infrastructure business focused on improving the connectivity between trillions of pounds of pension capital and the broadest range of investment opportunities.

Prior to Mobius, James held senior roles at JPMorgan, BlackRock, Source ETFs and UBS, helping shape and develop the Money Market Fund and ETF industries in Europe. He enjoys working at the intersection of investment management, distribution, and innovation.

Based in London, he is focused on helping Mobius continue to grow and evolve as the demands on pensions and investment infrastructure develop.
