Barnaby Nelson has worked for over 15 years in the Asian post-trade space: launching and transforming some of Asia's largest custody and cash businesses to the point of market leadership.

As part of that, he has had the privilege to work with an amazing community of customers, colleagues, regulators and partners: changing the world's financial landscape by connecting the Hong Kong and Chinese financial markets (through projects like the Hong Kong - China connect schemes).

Now he is using that experience to help other people understand the financial markets better. The Value Exchange is a new hub for commercially-focused market insight: giving people actionable, statistical information on what is happening in financial services; and giving sales organisations the data and tools they need to maximise their revenues in changing times.

He is also helping to showcase and support many of the amazing use cases in the blockchain for good space (through the #Goodstart podcast and as an advisor) - as this is an area that not only fascinates but also inspires him.
