Artemiy Parshakov is a product and business leader specialising in crypto infrastructure, with extensive experience building staking and decentralised finance (DeFi) products from inception to scale.

At P2P.org, one of the world's leading staking and DeFi providers with more than $10 billion in staked assets, Artemiy led institutional product and business development, overseeing initiatives spanning product strategy, revenue growth and strategic partnerships. He played a key role in developing staking applications, multichain APIs and next-generation infrastructure for institutional clients, including the launch of an Ethereum staking dApp and multichain staking APIs that attracted more than $250 million in total value locked within three months.

Combining product leadership with commercial ownership, Artemiy has responsibility for go-to-market strategy, P&L management and enterprise client development. His work focuses on identifying market opportunities, building scalable financial products and accelerating institutional adoption of crypto infrastructure.

Prior to joining P2P.org, Artemiy held product and growth leadership roles at SKB Kontur and Navixy, where he launched new business lines, scaled teams and supported international expansion. His areas of expertise include staking, DeFi and the evolution of institutional digital asset infrastructure.
